What data do we collect and why:

Contacting and requesting services  - ​As part of the future performance of the contract, we collect your name and surname, email, telephone number. This is so that we can answer your questions and send you an answer to your request.

Order service  - ​Due to the fulfillment of the contract and legal obligations (accounting), we collect the following data from you: name and surname, email, telephone, billing and delivery address, company name, ID number and VAT number. We collect data, so that we can properly process your order and for the issuance and archiving of tax documents.

SPAM filtering  - ​Unfortunately, in addition to your request, spam will also come to our contact form, which is why we collect the IP address from which the email came. If your request comes from the form, we do not store an IP address. If SPAM comes from the form, we will use the given IP address to block SPAM from us again. We never sell your data anywhere, we do not provide it to anyone.

How long we keep the data:

• Contact, inquiry: ​for 3 years.
• Order processing : ​for 5 years.
• SPAM filtering: ​for 5 years.
• Order invoicing : ​for a period prescribed by law.
