Here are the answers for the questions often asked by our customers.

How do i know that a certain product is in stock?

For stock availability please contact our warehouse directly on +420 731 025 902,​ or send us an email at info@wood-store.cz. ​ Also check the product tabs for price lists and dimensions we have in stock.

Can i pay by card?

We currently accept cash only. If you place an order via email or by phone, you can pay the order via bank transfer based on the invoice sent to you.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we can arrange a delivery for you. We have our own truck or we can arrange an external carrier for larger orders or longer distances.

How can i pay the driver when delivering the order?

We currently only accept cash payments or a payment via bank transfer based on the invoice sent to you upfront.

Prices for 1m​³ are set for joinery and exotic timber, does that mean I have to buy atleast 1m​³?  

No, you can purchase joinery and exotic timber by individual pieces.

Can i pick the individual pieces in person?

Ofcourse you can, without any extra charges. Its the preferred method because each customer has different needs.

Do you sell clippings/strips of joinery and exotic timber?

Unfortunately not, we only sell the full length of the individual pieces.

Can you shorten the material i have purchased to specific lengths?

Yes, we will gladly cut the wood for transportation purposes free of charge. We only charge for precision cutting of the material. The price is based on the volume of the order and number of cuts we have to make.  

Can you plane, format or do other product finishes?

Unfortunately not, we are not a wood working company, we do not have the propper tools for wood working, but we will gladly give you a contact for one of many joiners in the surrounding areas that can make the final products of your needs.

Do you sell tongue & groove claddin, planned boards by pieces?  

No, these products are packed in protective foil in different numbers and we only sell the whole packages.

Is the timber treated/coated?

We only sell natural products without any product finish. Cladding, fence boards, base prisms and KVH construction timber is planed, dried but without any treatment. The only exception is the roof battens which are sold impregnated.
